At the Wild Bird Centers, our main job is to provide you with the finest and freshest product for your backyard birds. The following is a list with a description and sizes available of our stock. Bird seed is not only a food product, it is also a commodity. Like the milk, eggs, gas and many daily consumables, prices fluctuate on a regular basis. Feel free to call the stores if you want pricing information.

BirdWisetm
Our most popular blend, developed by ornithologists to include the seeds most favored by your backyard birds. Black Oil Sunflower, White Millet, Striped Sunflower, Sunflower Hearts and Peanuts. Available in 15.25 and 5 pound bags.
PatioWisetm
A shell-free blend for those that either feed on a patio or deck. It does not sprout so those with feeders in gardens or that just don't want seed sprouting, this is the ideal mix. Sunflower Hearts, Hulled Pumpkin and Peanuts. Available in 14.75 and 5 pound bags.
FeederWisetm
A blend just right for hopper or mesh type feeders. Black Oil Sunflower, Safflower, Peanuts and Striped Sunflower. Available in 13.25 and 4.25 pound bags.
Cheeperstm
An inexpensive blend for those just starting out. Black Oil Sunflower, White Millet, Cracked Corn and Berry Scent. Available in 5 and 15.75 pound bags.
Nut & Berry Buffettm
A blend designed to bring in not only the seed eating birds but also those that like fruit and nuts. Sunflower Hearts, Black Oil Sunflower, Peanuts, Safflower, Papaya, Rasins and Juniper Berries. Available in 13.25 and 5 pound bags.
WoodpeckerWisetm
A treat for woodpeckers and other backyard birds. This will also attract other nut and fruit eating birds. Sunflower Hearts, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Black Oil Sunflower, raisins, Papaya and Hulled Pumpkin Seed. Available in 15.75 and 5 pound bags.
CritterWisetm
This blend is designed for all the other critters out there, deer, racoon, duck, rabbit, and squirrel. Something for everybody and priced affordably. Shell Corn, Black Oil and Striped Sunflower, Tree Nuts and Peanuts in the Shell. Available in 18.25 and 5 pound bags.
Black Oil Sunflower
If you only want to feed one seed, this is it. Black oil sunflower is the favorite of more birds (and other critters) than any other seed. Available in 50, 25 and 10 pound bags.
Striped Sunflower
A long time Cardinal favorite. Available in 25 pound bags.
Sunflower Hearts
No shell, no waste, no sprout. A favorite of most birds. Available in 50, 14.75 and 5 pound bags.
Nyjer
This seed is the favorite of goldfinch and house finch. Nyjer is grown in Africa or India. It is baked to prevent sprouting. Nyjer mimics the small seeds such as thistle, dandilion and coneflower that are the finches natural food. Special feeders are required with this seed. Available in 50, 16 and 5 pound bags.
FinchWisetm
A blend of Nyjer and fine sunflower chips, White Millet, Siberian Millet and Golden German Millet. This blend will attract a greater variety of birds. Because of the fine chips, a feeder in a dry environment is a necessity. Available in 15.5 and 5 pound bags.
Safflower
This is our problem solver. Squirrels don't like it and most black birds (starlings, grackles) don't eat it. Most other birds we want will eat it. A favorite with Cardinals and Mourning Doves. Available in 50, 16.25 and 5 pound bags.
White Proso Millet
This is a long time favorite of small birds and people that have small feeders. Available in 50, 25 and 5 pound bags. Hulled Millet is also available in 50 pound bags.
Peanuts, shelled
Great for woodpeckers, Blue Jays, Chickadees, Nuthatches and others. Available in 50, 16 and 5 pound bags.
Peanuts, in the shell
A Blue Jay (and squirrel) favorite. Available in 25 and 5 pound bags.
Corn
We stock Ear corn, shell corn and cracked corn. It is used for squirrels, ducks and other ground feeders. Ear corn is available in 25 and 3 pound bags. Shell corn is available in 50 and 10 pound bags. Cracked corn is available in 50, 25 and 5 pound bags.
